Redd Kross Discography Part 1 - official band releases (C)1997, 1998 Tania Taylor --------------------------------------------------------------------- 7" SINGLES --------------------------------------------------------------------- "Burn Out" 1990 - 7" on Posh Boy (PBS 22) Songs: Burn Out, Cover Band Notes: Comes on transparent red vinyl. Has a black and white photo sleeve with the lyrics to Burn Out. Limited edition. The following was taken from the Posh Boy website: Taken by Al Kowalewski of Flipside magazine, the cover photo captures a very young Steve McDonald singing "Standing In Front Of Poseur". Most probably from one of their very first gigs upstairs at the Hong Kong Low restaurant in L.A.'s Chinatown in late 1979. It could have been the same evening that David Bowie visited the punk hang-out, sitting for a long time unmolested at a back table until Craig Lee (The Bags) began hounding him for an autograph and words of wisdom. Afterwards, Posh Boy caught one of the group members in the act of spray painting their "Red Cross" logo in the parking lot. Posh Boy never subscribed to that approach to obtaining name recognition. --------------------------------------------------------------------- "Ballad of a Love Doll" 1984 - 7" on Mystic Records Songs: Ballad Of A Love Doll Notes: Split 7" with White Flag (doing "Johnny Tremaine's Theme").
